FOR INDIVIDUAL BUYERS: METHOD OF SHIPMENT: We ship books within 1 business day after receiving your order. We use USPS "Priority Mail." Once the book is shipped, you usually can expect to receive your book within 2 or 3 business days.

FOR INDIVIDUAL BUYERS: RETURN OF DAMAGED BOOKS: Vision Press’ new books are in off-the-press condition when shipped. If you receive a new book that was damaged in shipment, you must request permission to return it within 48 hours after receiving it.
